1. Controlling projects from start to finish, to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

2. Creating Building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist Computer Aided Design (CAD) applications.

3. Able to gather all information and ideas required to create a functional space that satisfies the client’s needs.

4. Responsible for the visual appearance of building and structure.

5. Must be trained in modeling software and techniques such as AUTOCAD, RABBIT, GOOGLE SKETCHER etc.
