Regular site visits to check if contractor is maintaining quality and following drawings

Taking site measurements, making layout in cad.

Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline.

Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.

Prepare material reconciliation report

Vendor follow-up for material / sample procurement

Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.

Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
