Ensuring Project Closure in all aspects

Managing materials at interior projects

Setting out sites and organizing facilities

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

Supervising Applicators, Installations and contracted staffingAccompanying potential clients for ongoing project site visits

Visiting potential closure client sites in case of any technical concern's

Planning the whole project work schedule as per timeline set by project in the 1st hour of login

Filling in daily schedule sheet as per day's summary and posting the same in the concerned google chat group before logout

Maintaining separate digital and physical data for all the project related documents in the bucket

Posting atleast 2 work in progress videos on dedicated telegram group every week

Coordinating with design team for marking check, selections, client meetings and changes during execution

Ensuring to keep the project manager informed about any changes made by the client which directly show effect on quotation

Posting daily work on-site photos on individual client chat groupsEnsuring responses to each client on chat groups during working hours

Coordinating and planning the vendor's site visits as per project plans and project timelines assigned by project manager

Sharing weekly vendor payment list with Project manager every Friday by EOD

Alerting project manager when time for final measurements on site, client payment phase

Accompanying clients for Knobs, Granite, Hob, Tiles, Faucet, sink selection

Maintain hygiene on site

Ensuring all on-site work is happening as per company standards

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the project sites to assure the unobstructed progress of the have dealt with both Commercial and Residential projects.

Should possess experience in preparing estimates and BOQs.

Should be well aware of market prices.
