Assist in preparing project documentation for approvals and compliance.

Help track project costs and manage budgets.

6. Problem Solving

Address any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Propose adjustments to the design or process as needed.

7. Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all workers follow safety protocols.

8. Client Interaction

Communicate with clients regarding project updates and progress.

Address any client concerns or changes in requirements.

9. Technical Support

Provide technical advice and support to team members and contractors.

Assist in the selection of materials and construction methods.

10. Final Inspections

Conduct final inspections to ensure the project meets quality standards before handover.

Prepare punch lists for any final adjustments needed.

11. Continuous Learning

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
