Interior Project Manager / Project Coordinator - Hyderabad

Qualifications and Skills :

. (Civil or Interior Designing) or Equivalent with 5+ years experience of handling Interior Projects for Corporates Offices or Commercial complexes.

Interior projects experience is Must

Good experience in Interior projects management with management skills

Proven ability to lead, support and guide project teams effectively

Coordination and regular communication with stakeholders like Vendors, Suppliers, Builders, Clients

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and Builders, Architects, Suppliers and Site Team members

Exceptional time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and mitigating project risks

Ability to manage project budgets efficiently and effectively

Experience in risk management to anticipate and address potential project hurdles

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : :

Interior design projects coordination and management from inception to completion

Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and ensure that projects adhere to financial constraints

Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to meet project requirements
