Job Description

Client Collaboration:

Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to illustrate design ideas.

Plan spatial layouts, considering traffic flow and functionality.

Material and Color Selection:

Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.

Recommend color schemes and coordinate textiles and materials for a cohesive design.

Project Management:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize design software for creating detailed drawings and renderings.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Should have knowledge of AI application

Site Inspections:

Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure design implementation is on track.

Address any on-site challenges and make necessary adjustments
