Coordinating internal resources & vendors for the smooth execution of projects. Ensuring that all the projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.

Ensure resource availability & fuller utilization of resources. Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress of projects. Report & escalate to management as required.
