Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences

Develop and present design concepts and proposals

Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings

Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories

Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers

Oversee the implementation and installation of design projects

Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio of completed projects

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of color schemes, lighting, materials, and space planning

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
