Job brief -

We are looking to hire someone for a full time job who has expertise in 3D modeling in sketchup, 2D designing in AutoCad with plans and renders.

Job Types - Full Time, 3+ years of Experience

Schedule - Day shift - 9:30am to 6:00pm

Salary - Salary and Performance bonus

Responsibilities -

Outline client design objectives.

Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

Exceptional Autocad knowledge and drafting skills

Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations

Knowledge about interior elements and building structures

Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes

Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup

Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts

Ensure quality of design Timeline management

Should possess good communication and presentation skills

Requirements -

Bachelor's degree in interior design or related fields.

Portfolio of design work.

Project management experience.

Experience with computational design.

Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software
