Responsibilities
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Be able to Communicate Effectively with the Team
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings)
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Requirements
Interior Design Degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a good residential or commercial field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint is a must.
A creative eye and attention to detail as well as strong sense of colors.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all FF&E installations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly and concisely present design ideas and direction.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
