Job Description

• Expert in interior design for premium villas, residential apartments, clubhouses, commercial offices, hospitality , service apartments, co-livings with relevant experience, and with an eye for detail.

• Interior Design and Coordination with External consultants, Contractors Vendors, site execution team, etc.

• Review interior design proposals sent by Architects.

• Review and evaluate the interior design as per set parameters of design, functionality, aesthetics, experience, cost, construction etc.

• Preparing and evaluating BOQ for interior works.

• Proficient in Designing and A-Cad Drafting, photo shop.

• Selection of materials, design and presentations.

• Supervision / Execution of work.

• Tendering, negotiation Finalisation of Interior Contracts.
