Interior Designer (Full Time)

• Undertake design project from concept to completion.

• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.

• Set costs and project fees according to budget.

• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.

• Produce sample and mood products.

• Supervise work progress.

• Coordinate with various Consultants (MEP, Structures etc) and Contractor.

• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises.

• Source products, . fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients.

• Make presentations of concepts to be used in the project, structures, interiors, setting project schedule, estimates, BOQ, design concepts, lay outing.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (cad) software.

• 3 to 4 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & GFC with Architecture & interior Designing firms on Commercial / Retail and Hospitality Projects.

• Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, site coordinator & vendors.

• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

• Communication and presentation skills
