2. Develop design concepts that align with the clients vision, taking into account

functionality, aesthetics, and budgetary considerations.

3. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate

the vision for each project.

4. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (.,

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

5. Select furniture, fixtures, colors, materials, and finishes that enhance the overall design

concept and meet the client's requirement.

6. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that design

plans are feasible and comply with building codes and regulation.

7. Oversee the implementation of design plans, including coordinating with contractors and

vendors, and providing guidance and supervision during the construction or renovation

process.

8. Conduct site visit to assess project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure that

the final design meets the client's expectations.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative

design solutions into projects.

10. Maintain accurate project documentation, including design plans, specification, budget,

and timelines.
