Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design Development:
o Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand
design objectives, functional requirements, and budget parameters.
o Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with the clients
brand identity, aesthetic preferences, and operational needs in hospitality
environments.
Technical Expertise:
o Utilize advanced knowledge of interior design principles, materials,
construction techniques, and building codes to ensure designs are technically
feasible and compliant.
o Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using
software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Cost Estimation and Budget Management:
o Conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare detailed budget proposals for
interior design projects, including materials, furnishings, and labor costs.
o Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and
recommend cost-effective alternatives when necessary.
Vendor Management and Procurement:
o Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to
procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within specified
timelines and budget limits.
o Coordinate procurement activities and oversee delivery, installation, and
quality assurance processes to meet project milestones.
Project Coordination and Management:
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion,
ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
o Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to monitor
progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project momentum.
Client Relationship and Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open
communication and providing regular updates on project status, milestones,
and deliverables.
