Currently, We are urgently looking for a Draftsman in Ulsoor, Bangalore.

Designation / Position: Draftsman

Job Description:

Junior Drafting Person:

Qualification - Any Bachelor's Degree.

One-two years of experience in meticulous drafting in an architecture or interior firm.

Specialized in drafting specifically interior design or architecture projects.

We don't want any civil engineering/structural draftsman - they'll never understand interior details.

Should be able to communicate with the team in English/Hindi

Speed and efficiency is important

Salary expectation 2L - per annum.

Bonuses and hikes to be expected once in a year. Salary can be revised half yearly based on some exceptional performances.

They should sign a bond of two years with the company - If they quit it should be on mutual consensus, else they won't receive any relieving letter from the company.

If the candidate is proficient in any rendering tools at advance level - Vray, Enscape, Lumion. Salary can be discussed.

Salary Offered: 25k pm (Max) / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.

Job/Work Location: Ulsoor - Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred / 10-15 Days (Max.)

Note: Draftsman - Ulsoor Location - 1+ Years - Strong Autocad - Must be from an Architecture or Interior Background, Not from Structural. Usually Creating Technical Drawings. A person who draws Sketches, Plans, or Designs for Buildings.
