Creation of two furniture layout options per Vastu principles and client needs, ensuring spaciousness.

Client Presentation Meeting:

Conduct meetings with clients to explain and discuss layout and design concepts.

Design Theme and Presentation Drawings:

Develop a cohesive design theme, including wall elevations, false ceiling plans, and other presentation drawings.

Budget-Friendly Estimate Sheet:

Prepare a detailed estimate sheet ensuring the design fits within the client's budget and timeline.

Refinement and Working Drawings:

Incorporate client feedback into working drawings, detailing measurements and material descriptions for furniture, ceiling, lighting, curtains, and other aspects.

3D Renderings (if required):

Provide 3D drawings on client demand after completion of working drawings.

Workflow Chart Creation:

Develop a comprehensive workflow chart outlining the start and finish dates for each project phase.

Site Management Phase:

Project Kick-Off:

Mark all interior details on the floor and walls on the first day.

Place Dream Décor signage at the site entrance for brand visibility.

Technical Team Formation:

Build a skilled site technical team comprising carpenters, masons, electricians, POP vendors, color work vendors, glassworkers, curtain vendors, and other necessary personnel.

Vendor Work Schedule:

Establish clear start and finish deadlines for each vendor team and monitor progress according to the timeline.
