• Should take round along with on duty RMO in ICU & Ward of Admitted patients on daily basis.

• Can admit patients under your care.

• OT cases as Anesthetist will be performed by you.

• You should consult the consultants under whom the patient is admitted for any changes in line of treatments and if consultant is not reachable you can take your own decision.

• In case of emergency you will co-ordinate with doctor on duty RMO give guidelines on phone and try to reach as soon as possible (Max hr)

• To participate in the development of the anesthesia part and critical care treatment protocols and guidelines which are set by hospital.

• You shall be very strict regarding the treatment of the patient and take necessary actions against the staff, RMO if there is negligent about it.

• The Doctor shall immediately report to the administrator regarding the mismanagement of the patients by the on duty staff if found any.

• To actively participate in the teaching and training of juniors subordinate and other staff if required.
