Intensivist Cum Anesthetist

Should take round along with on duty RMO in ICU & Ward of Admitted patients on daily basis.

Can admit patients under your care.

OT cases as Anesthetist will be performed by you.

You should consult the consultants under whom the patient is admitted for any changes in line of treatments and if consultant is not reachable you can take your own decision.

In case of emergency you will co-ordinate with doctor on duty RMO give guidelines on phone and try to reach as soon as possible (Max hr)

To participate in the development of the anesthesia part and critical care treatment protocols and guidelines which are set by hospital.

You shall be very strict regarding the treatment of the patient and take necessary actions against the staff, RMO if there is negligent about it.

The Doctor shall immediately report to the administrator regarding the mismanagement of the patients by the on duty staff if found any.

To actively participate in the teaching and training of juniors subordinate and other staff if required.
