Job Description
Answering incoming calls from Lyca Mobile Customers, responding to their queries in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
To escalate issues to concerned internal departments or team leaders as and when required.
Ensure Adherence to product scripting in all other customer communications
Fault resolutions and raising tickets to respective departments
Manage and maintain product related databases in line with the specified KPIs.
Ensure quality of data capture from customers.
Flexibility with shift patterns is required to ensure.
Able to Handle Email & Chat when required.
Requirement

Willingness to work in US Shift
Cab Facility - Pickup and Drop
