Job Description

• Supervise and follow up with field officers to ensure completion of assigned tasks.

• Facilitate effective communication among team members through email correspondence and team meetings.

• Monitor and track pending claims to ensure timely resolution and closure.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance processes and policies to provide guidance and support to team members.

• Provide training and mentorship to field officers to enhance their knowledge and skills.

• Collaborate with other team leads and departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex inquiries from field officers and clients.

• Analyse team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations within the team.
