Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Setting, monitoring and achieving sales objectives.

Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.

Contributing to meeting sales targets.

Keeping up-to-date with insurance industry developments.

Answering and resolving customer queries promptly.

Mediating disputes with customers.

Insurance Sales Manager Requirements:

Previous experience of minimum 5 years in Insurance industry.

Technical qualification like Associate / Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India is preferred.

Sales acumen.

Solid understanding of various Insurance policies and products.

Strong leadership qualities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
