the role of a agency sales manager is a frontline sales position responsible for recruiting financial advisors/agents (part time)to build a network of sales representatives.

. recruit financial advisors (agents-part time employees) & motor insurance business

requirements:

. min 1 to 3 years of experience in any sales profile

. candidate must be have a knowledge in bangalore market,

. max age limit 30 years - (male candidates are preferable).

. ctc max lpa + fixed monthly conveniences + monthly incentives

. any bachelors degree is mandatory.

job timing:

. every mon-sat 9:30 am-6:00 pm

. 2nd and 4th sat weekoff

. all working saturdays 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
