Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Establish sales objectives and provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Marketing Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and events. Ensure the companys brand and messaging are consistent across all channels. Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and customer feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners. Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Graduation preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry. Proven track record of leading successful sales and marketing teams. Experience with residential and commercial real estate projects.
Compensation: Salary Range: CTC[Salary 25k to 80k]
Timings: 10:00am to 6:30pm 6 days
