Ideal candidate background:

• Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication

• Quick learner with ability to grasp new systems and processes

• Detail oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to customers

• At least 2 years of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process

• Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients

• Active listening, empathy and patience wrt customer interactions

• Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive

• Ability to articulate in different ways

• Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off

• Candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Candidates should be willing to work from office

• Open for Off roll
