Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Motor Insurance Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to sell motor insurance policies and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to sell motor insurance policies and provide information about our products.
2. Generate leads: Identify and qualify potential customers and generate leads for further follow-up.
3. Provide product information: Explain features, benefits, and terms of motor insurance policies to customers.
4. Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer queries and concerns and provide solutions to their problems.
5. Meet sales targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by selling motor insurance policies to customers.
6. Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
7. Stay up to date with industry knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new products.
Requirements
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (., business, marketing) preferred.
2. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Sales skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
5. Product knowledge: Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and services.
