Job Description

Department: BFIG Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Insurance and MF Segment Head

Grade: M2 / M3

Banks & Financial Institutions Group (BFIG) department is a part of the Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking (CIIB). At BFIG we mange client relationship & cross sell banking products such as Trade, Cash Management solution, FX, Custody, CBLO , Treasury & Liability products. The ARM primary roll to support RMs for client requirements, strengthen relationship & increase business share.

Job Role:

· Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in managing clients preferably corporate, Institutional or MNC sector with basic understanding of Banking product, KYC & Process.

· Meet clients, track identified opportunities, strengthen client relationship along with RMs

· Monitor Trade / FX flows & coordination with Treasury team for rate related queries

· Arrange necessary approvals for client related matters from Sr. Management

· Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Ops, CAD, Seso, TD desk for client related queries

· Arrange regular calls with Trade desk, Seso along with client for better coordination & query resolution.

· Strengthen client relationship, improve client recall and grow business

Job Requirements:

· Should have 1 -3 yrs. of minimum relevant experience

· Prior experience in managing MNC, Corporate or Financial Institutions preferable

· Good spoken & written communication skills

· Positive attitude & believes in team work.
