To recruit good quality insurance advisors

Acquire licensing to advisors in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.

Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.

Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Advisors

Maintain renewals for the policies procured by team of Advisors.

Technical skills: Insurance, Health insurance, agency sales, insurance sales

Soft skills: Good communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, , interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years Agency Sales team handling experience required* Health Insurance candidates are first preference* Minimum 8 years Health isurance/Life insurance Agency Sales experience required* Own vehicle is mandatory
