Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads for Selling Insurance Products through tele calling and field sales.
Converting Leads and achieving monthly targets
Developing relationships with the existing clients and follow up for renewal closure.
Acquiring new business for Insurance products (Corporate & Retail)
Underwriting insurance quotes for different insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, Fire, Marine, etc.)
Follow up with Insurance companies for generating quote (RFQ)
Desired Candidate Profile
Having in depth knowledge/understanding of Insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, Fire, Marine) is a must.
Strong ability to follow up and face rejections.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it.
Should be able to draft emails and prepare insurance quotations
Excellent understanding of MS Excel functionality for daily reports
Experience in Insurance industry/client facing role will be preferred
MBA/ III Licentiate Exam will be added advantage
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
