Job_functions: 1. Recruit Team ,Manage, Motivate And Guide The Team 2. Generate Business From Team By Doing Cross Selling, Up Selling & Add-On Selling To Existing Client's And New Client's ✅20% Sales +80% Management Recruitment. *( 20% Sales You Have To Sale 06 No Of Policy Of 35,000 Each And 80% Recruitment You Have To Recruit and activate 4 People under you with one 35k policy login) ✅ Team And Activation,Sales And Recruitment, ✅Build Your Team. Training Will Be Provided. When you complete it you promotion from IC to IRP. Salary: *19k (Fixed 7k+12k Allowance based on monthly goalsheet completion)*+ PF+ GR+ ESIC+ Higher Incentives, Rewards ,Recognition And contests. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.

IRDAI Exam :

One Time Fee Of RS 585. will be charged After The Interview and Job Confirmation by the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance HR.
