Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Utilize various marketing techniques, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting, customizing, and purchasing insurance policies. Manage policy renewals, amendments, and cancellations as needed.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role in the insurance industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
