Insurance Advisor Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients.

Offering specialized financial guidance and advice.

Completing financial needs analyses.

Creating and explaining customized plans.

Utilizing knowledge of tax investment strategies.

Assessing clients' financial portfolios.

Analyzing clients' risk.

Encouraging clients to invest for the future.

1- Minimum 10th Pass ( Higher study above matric will be an extra advantage)

2- CTC LPA Fixed + Variable pay of 3 K per Monthly reimbursement ( Depend on Monthly Performance)

3- Should be Local / Nearby from Branch Area. ( Staying within 20- 25 KM from Branch ), Have his/her own vehicle will be an advantage

4- Minimum 1 Year experience in Life insurance as an advisor/ agent

5- Age - Between 25 to 47 years

6-Minimum 20 life insurance policies sold in whole tenure/ Or so
