Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Advisor at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. The Healthcare Advisor will be responsible for providing consulting services to customers, analyzing healthcare plans and policies, and offering expert advice on selecting the most suitable insurance coverage. The Healthcare Advisor will work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and ensure exceptional customer experience.
