We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Insurance Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients to promote and sell motor insurance and health insurance products.
As an Insurance Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring exceptional service to clients. This is a work-from-home opportunity, offering a flexible day shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing them to motor and health insurance offerings.
Engage with leads, explain product benefits, and address customer questions and concerns.
Generate new business opportunities and manage leads through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate information about insurance plans, pricing, and coverage options.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales and convert leads into clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or insurance sales is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively explain product details over the phone.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the insurance industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
