Responsible for safe running up keeping of all test equipment and its accessories, fixtures tools and jigs like climatic tests-Environmental Chamber, Delay Firing units , Data acquisition equipment with Closed vessel test, test benches for CSS , X-ray unit , VOD test machines, Dielectric , Insulation Resistance, VOD and ESD meters, vibration, jolting , bump on explosive & non explosive systems.

To be responsible for coordinating, attending Environmental and Mechanical tests conducted at Defense units and labs.

To be responsible for handling of third party agencies and conducting Qualification and Acceptance tests

To be responsible for ensuring adherence to the QMS, Environment and Safety (IMS) norms and requirements

Responsible for keeping all test equipment, fixtures, tools, jigs, accessories in running condition duly calibrated.

Responsible for conducting all stage wise static and dynamic tests in time and achieve production targets for all products.

Assist production team in production as and when required.

Responsible for ensuring overall safety in while testing.

Planning of day to day testing activities and maintaining log books as prescribed

Co-ordinates with Materials, Maintenance, Safety, Other functions and with internal customers to fulfill the testing requirements

Ensures all statutory norms, related to factories, PESO, AERB, PCB, Environment, Industries are adhered and followed

Preparation of test reports and getting clearances from third party agencies

Responsible for housekeeping of X Ray building, Environmental Chambers rooms and testing rooms and QC lab in C&D.

Responsible for ensuring all SOPS and GSDs are religiously adhered and implemented

Ensures adherence to all norms related Quality Management Systems, Environment Management system and Safety Management Systems (IMS)
