Instrumentation Technician: (Sarigam)
Instrumentation and control technicians work on measuring and controlling instruments. He also has to serve pant process control, monitoring, safety and communications systems.
Job Duties:
He has to consult diagrams, technical documentation and certain standards and codes.
He is responsible to maintain backup and revision documentation for control systems and instrumentations.
He has to configure and programming programmable logic controls (PLC) and programmable Automation Controllers (PAC)
He is also responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (analog & digital)
He has install and terminate electric and fluid connections.
He has to test and inspect the operations of instruments and systems to diagnose faults.
He is also responsible for calibrating components and systems.
He has to remove repair adjust and repair the components.
He has to assist engineers in plant design, modification and hazard analysis.
He has to perform schedule maintenance programs.
ITI Instrumentation with 1 to 2 years experience.
Experience in chemical company or Pharmaceutical Company will be preferred first.
