Job Summary
Title: Instructional Designer

Experience: 2-3 years (Previous experience from eLearning industry will be added advantage)
Responsibilities and Duties
? Develop storyboards and outlines for review with SMEs and peers.
? Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce eLearning for customers, partners,
and internal technical audiences.
? Ensure learning content is current (aligned with product or best practice changes), high
quality, and engaging.
? Create instructional graphics, the user interface, interactions, and the finished product.
? Know the capabilities of eLearning development tools and software.
? Experience with curriculum development applications such as Camtasia, Articulate 360,
or Captivate.
? Develop course content including, but not limited to, measurable performance objectives,
scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference
glossaries, and assessments.
? Determine, recommend, and document performance objectives, project instructional
standards, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plan based on the business and
learner needs.
Candidate Profile:
? Excellent command over English, both spoken & written
? The ability to read and understand different subjects
? Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
? Excellent visualization skills
? Good proficiency in MS Office
