Job Summary

Title: Instructional Designer

Job Openings: 2

Experience: 2-3 years (Previous experience from eLearning industry will be added advantage)

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop storyboards and outlines for review with SMEs and peers.

Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce eLearning for customers, partners,and internal technical audiences.

Ensure learning content is current (aligned with product or best practice changes), high quality, and engaging.

Create instructional graphics, the user interface, interactions, and the finished product.

Know the capabilities of eLearning development tools and software.

Experience with curriculum development applications such as Camtasia, Articulate 360 or Captivate.

Develop course content including, but not limited to, measurable performance objectives,

scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and assessments.

Determine, recommend, and document performance objectives, project instructional standards, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plan based on the business and learner needs.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent command over English, both spoken & written

The ability to read and understand different subjects

Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

Excellent visualization skills

Good proficiency in MS Office
