Job Description

Job Title: Instructional Design Trainer

Scope: Full-Time, Contract

Location: Bengaluru (on-site)

Expereince: 6-10 years of Instructional Design experience is preferred (corporate segment)*

Responsibilities:

Join the team in developing and delivering a wide range of training for internal audiences, in-person and remotely.

Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to provide accurate and effective training content.

Design engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge retention.

Create training materials (presentations, training manuals, videos, etc).

Conduct assessments to identify knowledge gaps and improve training materials and outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design.

Must have a great knowledge of adult learning theories and principles of instructional design

Proven experience in instructional design, content design, or training with sound technical knowledge of ID
