Urgent Requirement For Instructional Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill the role of Business Analyst/Instructional Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing IT business requirements for projects, documenting specifications, and designing solutions to meet the needs of our clients and projects. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit and document business requirements of clients.

Analyze and prioritize requirements to identify the most critical aspects of the project.

Create detailed documentation, including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), functional specifications, and system design documents.

Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Participate in the testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

Provide support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including user training and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience with requirements gathering techniques.

Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Familiarity with database design principles and SQL.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
