Responsibilities:
Create learning materials: Develop courses, curriculums, training manuals, and student guides
Design content: Create storyboards, slide decks, and other learning materials
Research and evaluate: Research new technologies and evaluate existing instructional content
Collaborate: Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs
Develop assessments: Create assessment instruments to measure learning outcomes
Provide feedback: Give learners feedback to help them improve
Transfer knowledge: Help learners transfer their knowledge and skills to the workplace
Manage projects: Maintain project documentation and track student progress

In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Knowledge of standard Learning Management System
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Expert level knowledge and experience in developing course objects using e learning development tools
Good presentation, oral and written communication & facilitation skills.
In-depth knowledge of Office application software
Ability to write effectively, instructional text, audio and video scripts
