We're Hiring Institutional Area Sales Manager (HoReCa) -FMCG
Master's degree in business administration or relevant field.
Experience : 5 to 8 years of proven experience in HORECA
Skill: Dynamic and enthusiastic candidates who are a pro at managing HORECA SALES.
Responsibilities :
Developing & exploring potential avenues for achieving business growth in HORECA/ Institutional Business
Scheduling meetings with existing key customers & new institutional clients
Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms and addressing their complaints and issues.
Defining monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, market share and activation in the region
Reviewing and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters . Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement.
Working closely with in house Operations & Production Department to ensure the availability & timely delivery of products
Must be able to communicate and maintain relationships with Admin managers, purchase managers, F&B managers, chefs & General Managers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
