JD for ABM (Institutional Business)
1. Establish and manage sales channel partners in the assigned area to ensure optimum
business performance.
2. Generate and manage private/Govt. Business in the assigned area.
3. Responsible for assigned budget achievement on Quarterly / Six Monthly / Yearly basis.
4. Develop the assigned area by increasing coverage through direct and indirect
channels.
5. To share prospects and business performance on a monthly basis to the
reporting manager.
6. To develop sales in tier 2/3/ 4 cities by appointing multiple channel partners and also
directly engaging with the customers.
7. To inform the reporting manager about Govt. tenders and prospects and actively follow
up on the instructions in this regard and assist in all ways possible to help win the deal.
Good to have
1) Participation in GEM tenders directly and through dealers.
2) Participation in Big Ticket Tenders & Projects
3) Engagements in Medical Corporation, DME , District Hospitals & Medical colleges for
development of the territory and Business.
