The Sales Executive will be responsible for onboarding Salons, spas, Hotels, and other Business institutions as customers to grow business and increase market share. The key objective is to create long-lasting relationships with Owners/CEOs/Sr. Vice–President/Presidents etc.
The ideal candidate would bring a proven track record in institutional sales.
As an Institutional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with Institutional Clients, and Institutional Channel Partners and will be responsible for driving achieving the monthly corporate sales targets. This is a multi-faceted role requiring the candidate to be flexible to pick up tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
• Identification and acquisition of salons, spas, Hotels, and other Business institutions to increase penetration and market share.
• Ensuring excellent Order to delivery cycle towards institutions with the goal of higher client retention
• Cross-sell new products and offerings, as per the launches from time to time.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the region.
• Efforts shall be to achieve assigned monthly targets . Gross, Net Sales, Asset growth, client activation/acquisition etc.
• Coordinate with the internal team to accomplish the tasks assigned.
• Identify and acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Implementing promotional strategies, Involve in market research by monitoring competition, customer preference, need and market trends
• Work within the Compliance and Legal boundaries set by the regulatory bodies and internal framework.
Other Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional collaboration such as sharing market and competitor intelligence with the management team to enhance offerings.
