Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or ITI with 0-2 years of experience in installation of equipment/devices with automation capabilities.

Travel: 90%
Job Responsibilities:
• Travel to customer / client location for installation activities.
• Ensure the availability of components / parts to be installed at customer location.
• Communication pre-installation requirements to customer / client.
• Installation of the products as per the installation manuals and demonstration of the safety, maintenance, and operation procedures to customer / client representatives.
• Documentation of installation, operation and maintenance checklists and issuance of documents to customers.
• Ensure installation kits availability all the time.
• Timely installation of the products and suggesting areas where products should be set up to ensure the increased efficiency.
• Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.
• Testing old and new installation connections.
• Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of area after installation job completion.
• Recording and maintaining key parts related stock levels.
• Provide feedback on the installation challenges related to products and support required if any.
• Generation of invoice for the installation, repair and maintenance services.
• Ensure the maintenance contracts are executed in timely manner and adhered as per the schedule.
