Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements and determine the optimal placement of equipment.

Install and configure Jio AirFiber outdoor units (OODU), indoor units (IDU), routers, and other necessary hardware according to company guidelines and safety standards.

Ensure proper alignment and signal strength for optimal network performance.

Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Educate customers on the usage and basic maintenance of the Jio AirFiber service and equipment.

Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including installation reports and customer acceptance forms.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installations.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.

Collaborate with other Jio teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery process.

Stay updated on the latest Jio AirFiber technology and installation procedures.
