We are India's first Job Search outsourcing company that manages the entire job search process starting from analyzing your profile, building a solid profile, managing your job application to interview preparation & finally your job offer analysis.

We are looking out for a self-motivated Inside Sales Trainee for our growing team in Mumbai. S/he will play a fundamental role in pitching our services to appropriate leads and achieving successful closure. Must be comfortable making a ton of phone calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Location: Malad, Mumbai.

This is a full-time position and it will be work from the office. There is no remote working option.

Requirements:

Graduation/12th pass Fresher and max 6 - 12 months of experience

Track record of over-achieving targets.

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

Experience working on any CRM will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Any relevant degree.

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Lead Generation & Sales Development.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Close sales and achieve targets.

Responsible for customer follow-up.

Maintain MIS/Database for effective analysis.

Daily reporting on sales prospects.
