Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and confident Telecallers to join our team and contribute to our expansion in the US and European markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to independently manage remote work while effectively engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US and European markets to introduce Ksoft Technologies' services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a structured follow-up process with prospects.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions, addressing client concerns and converting leads into opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and market insights for service improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Skills
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English, particularly suited for US and European audiences.
• Experience: Proven sales experience or a strong passion and willingness to excel in sales.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability.
