Inside Sales Specialist(USA/Canada)
Role : We are a sales organisation looking for B2B Inside Sales specialists to call prospects in USA / Canada Region. This is for an Engineering Services client specializing in Structural Steel
Experience : Min 1 year experience in International Voice Process and overall to 2 years B2B International or Domestic
Qualification:
Bachelors in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Domain: Sales
• Efficient communication through calls , emails and linkedin to prospects as part of cold calling
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
• Highly self-motivated and target driven individual with a passion for achieving sales goals
• Proven record in inside sales with a track record of achieving sales target
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential customers to identify their needs and provide suitable product solutions.
• Time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Neutral accent for interacting with global customer base
• Relevant role in Structural steel detailing/Construction industry or having field/shop experience is an added advantage.
