Inside Sales
In a nutshell we require sales guys who are comfortable selling over phone calls and emailscan pitch and convert leads to admissions for Manipal Universities nline degree programs. This person must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
· Designation: Admission counsellor
· Introduction
o An admission counsellor will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition goal and revenue growth objectives.
· Desired Profile:
o We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales rep with strong phone presence and experience of dialling dozens of calls per day.
· Responsibilities
o Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
o Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets
o Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program
o Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
o Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
o Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines.
o Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.
o Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
o Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
· Requirement
o Ability to empathize with students and build relationships through conversations
o Proven inside sales experience
o Track record of over-achieving quota
o Experience working with CRM
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills
o Strong listening and presentation skills
