Position and sell the entire Training and Certification Portfolio Classroom Trainings / SelfPaced / E Learnings / Experiential Learnings
Understand the customers skill gaps and advise on the learning path and the value derived from
our training solutions to address their skill gaps.
In the process, become an education consultant and a trusted advisor to help our customers
with their upskilling and certification needs
Accurately forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue driving growth in your
account base.
Drive new business (Hunting) as well as fostering / nurturing the existing account base (Farming)
Collaborate and exhibit Teamwork with the cross functional team in the organization
Aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities.
Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of Trainocate through consistently
achieving individual and team quotas.
Updates and maintains the Trainocate CRM system
