Responsibilities:

Focus on acquiring new customers as well as retaining and growing existing customers.

Performing outbound calls to qualify and follow up on sales leads

Requires application of in-depth technical knowledge of our product

Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry.

Participate in weekly meetings to share customer feedback on product and service initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Associate degree with 1+ year of experience in customer service and directs phone sales support.
